Refund Policy

Effective date: October 28, 2026

> Paid plans are not available yet. Nothing can be purchased on this site at the moment, so no payments are taken and there is nothing to refund. The free trial is free. This policy will apply once paid plans launch.

Credit packs

You can request a refund of a credit pack within 7 days of purchase for the credits you have not used. Credits already consumed are not refundable. Credits used for a conversion that failed, timed out or was cancelled are returned to your balance automatically.

Monthly plans

You can cancel at any time with one click on your account page; cancellation stops future renewals and your plan keeps working until the end of the period you have paid for.

First subscription: if you request it within 7 days of your first subscription payment and you have used no more than 20% of the credits that payment included, we refund that payment in full and end the plan. This applies once per customer, to the first subscription only.

Renewal payments, and first payments outside these limits, are not refundable, but you can cancel so that you are not charged again.

Deleting your account

When you delete your account, all unused credits are forfeited and are not refunded. If you want a refund of unused credits, request it before you delete your account.

Duplicate or incorrect charges

Duplicate charges and charges caused by our error are always refunded in full.

EU, UK and Australian consumers

You may have a 14-day right of withdrawal from a purchase. Because credits are digital content supplied immediately, this right ends once you start using the purchased credits, where the law allows.

How to request a refund

Email support@unlimited-ocr2.com from the address on your account with your order number. We reply within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5 business days. The refund goes back to the original payment method through Waffo Pancake; your bank may need a few more days to show it. When a purchase is refunded, the unused credits from it are removed.

Abuse

Credits obtained through fraud, chargeback abuse or a breach of our Acceptable Use Policy are not refundable and may be removed.
