Free documents

• Without an account: 1 document a day, up to 3 pages and 10 MB each.
• At most 3 free documents per network per day. Days reset at 00:00 UTC.
• Visitors who arrive from an AI assistant such as ChatGPT see a sample result instead of free documents; credit packs and plans work as usual.
• Free documents share a site-wide daily page budget. When it runs out, come back tomorrow (paid plans open soon).

File limits

Paid: up to 500 pages and 100 MB per file (images up to 10 MB and 8192 px per side).

Files are processed by a third-party OCR provider on servers in mainland China. See Privacy Policy.

How plans and credit packs work

• Each page uses 1 credit. Credits from your monthly plan are used first, then credits from packs.
• Monthly credits do not roll over: whatever is left expires when the billing period ends. Pack credits never expire.
• When you run out, buy a credit pack or upgrade your plan.
• Upgrading mid-period (e.g. Plus to Pro): you pay the price difference for the days left in the current period (difference × remaining days ÷ days in the period, rounded up to the cent) and receive the extra credits for the same share of the period right away. From the next renewal you pay the new price. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
• Cancel any time with one click on your account page. Your plan and its credits keep working until the end of the period you paid for; you are not charged again.
• We email you 7 days before each renewal.
• First subscription: full refund within 7 days of the first payment if you used at most 20% of its credits. Details in the Refund Policy.
• No pay-as-you-go billing and no annual plans.
• The charge will appear on your statement under the name shown at checkout.

How long we keep files

Free: your file is deleted right after processing and the result is kept for 24 hours. Paid: your file is deleted within 24 hours and the result is kept for 7 days.

What a page costs

Credits are calculated on our server from the number of pages in your document. They are reserved when processing starts and returned automatically if it fails, times out or is cancelled.

Credit validity

• Starter pack: 250 credits, never expire
• Standard pack: 600 credits, never expire
• Large pack: 1,500 credits, never expire
• Plus: 1,000 credits each monthly billing period; unused credits expire when the period ends (no roll-over)
• Pro: 3,500 credits each monthly billing period; unused credits expire when the period ends (no roll-over)

Credits have no cash value. They cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for money, transferred or resold.

Prices exclude applicable taxes, which are calculated at checkout.
